Qualifications

CELTA Certificate

2 years classroom experience.

The CELTA award is a qualification issued by Cambridge University it is the most respected TEFL award and teaches the applicant all aspects of English teaching.

 

Bsc Business Administration

A background and knowledge of business has helped me greatly when teaching. This is due to knowing what the student requires when applying for jobs or being familiar with the interview process, writing letters, memos, emails and also being able to offer the student practical advice on how to conduct themselves in an English speaking business environment.

 

A-Level English

I also hold an English A-Level which is the highest school award available in the UK. This qualification has provided me with a excellent grasp of grammar, academic writing and literature.

 

Classroom Experience

I have 2 years classroom experience this has encompassed teaching academic qualifications such as IELTS, FCE, and BEC (Business English Certificate)

I have also tutored students through the examinations on an individual basis. I know exactly what is required to pass these exams, and have attended courses on exam technique and time management.

 

One to one Tuition

I am vastly experienced at teaching student’s on a one to one basis. I cater the lessons for the students exact requirements.
